Not to give too much credit to celebrities and their stylists but 3-year-old Suri Cruise tipped me off on this one. Liquid leggings have been in for a while now. Even becoming somewhat mainstream. Now they are available for the toddler set. And for only $25! So cute! Realistically they are probably quite slippery for those still toddling around and definitely not the most breathable fabric. Very chic nonetheless.
